These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with First Choice Fare. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once payment has been processed successfully. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Danish Krone (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is made via secure online payment (Stripe). We accept all major debit and credit cards.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 24 hours before pick-up: Full refund
- 12–24 hours before pick-up: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before pick-up: No refund
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to bookings@firstchoicefare.com.
4. Chauffeur Obligations
Our chauffeurs are professionally trained, fully insured, and committed to discretion. We reserve the right to substitute a chauffeur for operational reasons.
5. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pick-up details and being present at the agreed time. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes may incur an additional charge.
6. Luggage
Our vehicles accommodate standard luggage. Special requirements (child seat, wheelchair, excess luggage) should be noted in the special requests field at the time of booking.
7. Limitation of Liability
First Choice Fare is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
